OnePlus is preparing to expand its budget smartphone lineup with the upcoming OnePlus N6 Lite. The company has confirmed that the new device will launch in India on September 22. It is expected to be positioned as one of the most affordable OnePlus smartphones yet.

OnePlus N6 Lite India Launch Date
The OnePlus N6 Lite will officially launch in India on September 22. Once available, customers will be able to purchase the smartphone through OnePlus.in, the OnePlus Store app and Amazon India.
The phone will also be sold through OnePlus Experience Stores and other retail outlets across the country.
7,000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display
One of the biggest highlights of the OnePlus N6 Lite is its 7,000mAh battery. OnePlus claims that the battery can deliver up to three days of usage on a single full charge.
The company says the phone can offer around 26.8 hours of video playback, up to 29.9 hours of Google Maps navigation and as much as 49.7 hours of calling. The device will also support wired reverse charging, allowing it to provide power to compatible devices.
On the front, the smartphone will feature a 6.75-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling and a more fluid viewing experience. The display will also have rounded edges for a modern appearance.
Colours, Durability and AI Features
The OnePlus N6 Lite will be offered in two colour options: Midnight Hype and Neo Green. The handset will also carry MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability, according to OnePlus.
For photography, the smartphone will include AI-based tools such as AI Clear Face and AI Eraser. AI Clear Face is designed to improve facial details in photographs, while AI Eraser can be used to remove unwanted objects from images.
The phone is expected to run on OxygenOS 16. However, OnePlus has not yet revealed complete details about the processor and other software specifications.

OnePlus has not announced the official price of the N6 Lite yet. The company is expected to position the device as an affordable smartphone in its lineup.
