These options allow consumers to place refill requests conveniently from home. Customers can choose the method that best suits their needs and access to the internet.
1. Book a Bharat Gas Cylinder Through WhatsApp
Consumers can use WhatsApp to request an LPG refill. To begin, send a message such as “Book” from your registered mobile number to 1800224344 to initiate the booking process.
Make sure you use the mobile number registered with your Bharat Gas connection.
2. Use the Missed Call Facility
Customers who do not have internet access can use the missed-call option to book their cylinders.
Simply give a missed call from your registered mobile number to 7710955555 to place your refill request.
3. Book Through a Phone Call
Bharat Gas also provides an IVRS facility for cylinder bookings. Consumers can call either of the following numbers to proceed with their LPG refill request:

Follow the instructions provided during the call to complete the booking process.
4. Use the HelloBPCL App or Official Website
Customers who prefer online services can book a cylinder through the HelloBPCL mobile app. After logging in, select the “LPG Refill Booking” option and follow the steps to submit your request.
Alternatively, visit the official Bharat Gas website at my.ebharatgas.com. Log in to your account, select the refill booking option and complete the process as instructed.
