Vivo appears to be preparing for the launch of its upcoming V80 FE smartphone. Although the company has not announced an official launch date, the handset has been listed on Vivo’s official Philippines website with several key specifications and colour options. The listing reveals that the smartphone will feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo processor and a large 7,000mAh battery.
Additionally, the Vivo V80 FE has reportedly received certification from Thailand’s National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), indicating its upcoming availability in Asian markets.
Vivo V80 FE Display and Performance Details
The Vivo V80 FE has appeared on the company’s Philippines website with a ‘Coming Soon’ label. According to the listing, the smartphone will be available in Chill Green and Sparkling Gold colour options.
In terms of display, the device features a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a pixel density of 459ppi. The screen is rated to deliver local peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits, while its High Brightness Mode (HBM) supports up to 1,800 nits.
Under the hood, the Vivo V80 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Turbo chipset. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. On the software front, the smartphone runs OriginOS 7.0 based on Android 17.
Vivo V80 FE Camera and Battery Specifications
For photography, Vivo has equipped the V80 FE with a dual rear camera system. It includes a 50-megapixel ZEISS primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 50-megapixel ZEISS ultra-wide-angle camera with autofocus.
On the front, the smartphone features a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus for selfies and video calls.
The device houses a 7,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. Vivo claims that the battery can provide up to 17.6 hours of navigation on a single charge.
Other features include an optical in-display fingerprint sensor and IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The smartphone also comes with a 4,666 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system designed to manage heat during usage.
Vivo V80 FE NBTC Certification and Availability
The Vivo V80 FE, carrying the model number V2624, has reportedly appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification database. The listing mentions support for GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR network connectivity.
The certification further indicates that the smartphone is preparing for an arrival in Asian markets. However, Vivo has not yet announced its official launch date or pricing.
The V80 FE will succeed the Vivo V70 FE, which was launched in April with a starting price of Rs. 37,999.
