Motorola has officially announced the global launch date of its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Motorola Signature 27. The device will make its debut on November 5, as confirmed by the company on Thursday. First introduced at the Snapdragon Summit 2026, the smartphone is the second addition to Motorola’s Signature series. The brand also showcased the handset at the Indian Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026.
Although Motorola has yet to reveal its pricing, several hardware details have already surfaced. Adding to this, a recent Geekbench 7 listing has disclosed the smartphone’s processor information, memory configuration and preliminary performance scores.
Motorola Signature 27 Launch Date and Design
Motorola has confirmed that the Signature 27 will be launched globally on November 5. The company shared the announcement through its official X account, describing the smartphone as being “elegantly crafted for comfort” and asking users to look forward to its arrival.
The latest announcement also confirms the November launch timeline previously indicated through the company’s teasers.
The Motorola Signature 27 will be available in two colour options: Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Capulet Green. The Coal Smoke variant features a woven-texture finish designed to provide better grip and durability. Meanwhile, the Capulet Green version comes with a brushed finish inspired by textile materials.
Motorola Signature 27 Geekbench Scores and Processor Details
Ahead of its official launch, the Motorola Signature 27 has appeared on the Geekbench 7 benchmarking platform, revealing some of its performance details.
According to the listing, the smartphone achieved 3,313 points in the single-core test and 11,088 points in the multi-core test.
The benchmark entry identifies the processor as QTI SM8975, an octa-core chipset with clock speeds listed at 3.74GHz, 4.03GHz and 5.01GHz. It also mentions an Adreno 850 GPU. The motherboard is listed under the codename “art”, while the software build number appears as A172CW.36-19-1.
The device was reportedly tested with Android 17 and approximately 10.94GB of available memory, indicating that it could come with 12GB of RAM.
These details align with Motorola’s confirmation that the Signature 27 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. The processor will work alongside the company’s ArcticMesh cooling system.
However, the Geekbench scores were recorded using a pre-release device, so the performance figures could vary in the final retail version.
Motorola Signature 27 Software Support
Motorola has also confirmed a long-term software commitment for its upcoming flagship. The Signature 27 is promised to receive seven years of operating system upgrades.
With its Snapdragon flagship processor, ArcticMesh cooling technology, distinctive colour finishes and extended software support, the Motorola Signature 27 is set to join the company’s premium smartphone lineup. The official pricing and complete availability details are yet to be announced.
