Siddharth, who has established a strong presence in the OTT space alongside his big-screen career, received the Best Actor award at Jagran Film Festival 2026 for his performance in Operation Safed Sagar.
Streaming on Netflix, the series is based on the real events of the Kargil War. Operation Safed Sagar was also the code name associated with the Indian Air Force’s No. 17 Squadron operations during the conflict.
The series received considerable appreciation from viewers and critics for its portrayal of the historical events. Alongside Siddharth, the cast includes Jimmy Shergill, Vinay Pathak, Manu Rishi Chadha and Abhay Verma in important roles.
