Vivo and iQOO appear to be preparing two new 5G smartphones for the market. The Vivo T6 Lite 5G and iQOO Z12 Lite 5G have reportedly received approval from the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. According to a recent leak, the two devices could be rebranded versions of each other and may share similar hardware specifications.

Their appearance on the certification website has also revealed their respective model numbers. While the Vivo T6 Lite 5G was previously spotted on India’s Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website, the iQOO Z12 Lite 5G had earlier appeared in the IMEI database. However, Vivo has not yet revealed the official hardware details of the T6 Lite 5G.

Vivo T6 Lite 5G and iQOO Z12 Lite 5G Bluetooth SIG Listing

Both smartphones have received Bluetooth SIG certification. The listing identifies the Vivo T6 Lite 5G with model number V2647, while the iQOO Z12 Lite 5G appears with model number I2603.

The tipster further suggests that the two smartphones could be different versions of the same device, potentially featuring identical internal specifications.

Their certification listings also help confirm the commercial names associated with the previously spotted model numbers.

Previous Certification Details

The Vivo T6 Lite 5G was recently listed on India’s BIS certification platform under model number V2647. Reports indicate that the device received approval alongside the Vivo Y32 5G, which carries the model number Y2639.

Meanwhile, the iQOO Z12 Lite 5G was previously spotted in an IMEI database with model number I2603. Although the device was initially speculated to be the iQOO 15 Ultra, its latest Bluetooth SIG appearance identifies it as the iQOO Z12 Lite 5G.

A similar approach has reportedly been followed by the brands before. The Vivo T5 Lite and iQOO Z11 Lite may have different external designs, but both devices are said to share identical internal hardware.

iQOO Z12 Lite 5G Expected Specifications

Earlier leaks have suggested that the iQOO Z12 Lite 5G, expected to succeed the iQOO Z11 Lite, could feature a 6.77-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

For performance, the smartphone is tipped to use a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor. It could also pack a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging.

In the camera department, the device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor for portrait photography. For selfies and video calls, it could include a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Since the Vivo T6 Lite 5G and iQOO Z12 Lite 5G are reportedly rebranded versions of each other, both smartphones could arrive with similar specifications. However, the companies have not officially confirmed their hardware details or launch timelines.
