India’s primary market is set for another busy week, with five initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open between October 26 and October 29. The funds raised will support different objectives, including business expansion, working capital requirements, and debt repayment. Some of the IPOs will also allow existing shareholders to sell part or all of their holdings.

Before investing in any of these IPOs, investors should examine the company’s business model, financial position, valuation, intended use of funds, and associated risks.
