Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has introduced the Bharatgas Lite Zip composite LPG cylinder for consumers who find traditional steel cylinders difficult to lift and move. Its lightweight construction and translucent body are designed to make everyday cooking gas use more convenient.
Unlike conventional steel cylinders, the Bharatgas Lite Zip allows users to check the remaining gas level visually. Here is a look at its key features, delivery service, new connection process and booking options.
1. Bharatgas Lite Zip Is 50% Lighter
One of the main features of the Bharatgas Lite Zip LPG cylinder is its reduced weight. According to the provided information, it is around 50% lighter than a traditional steel cylinder, making it easier to lift, carry and handle.
The lighter design may be particularly useful for people who find conventional cylinders difficult to move around the kitchen or during installation.
2. Translucent Design Makes Gas Levels Easier to Check
Running out of cooking gas unexpectedly can disrupt daily household activities. The Bharatgas Lite Zip features a translucent body that allows consumers to see the gas level inside the cylinder.
This feature can help households estimate how much LPG remains and plan a refill before the gas runs out.
The composite cylinder has also been designed with safety in mind. Since LPG is a flammable fuel, consumers should follow the manufacturer’s safety instructions and the guidance provided by their authorised distributor when handling and using the cylinder.
3. Express Delivery and New Connection Facility
The Bharatgas Lite Zip service offers an express delivery option, with delivery stated to take approximately four hours. However, the actual delivery time may depend on the service area and local availability.
Consumers who do not already have a Bharatgas connection can enquire about obtaining a new Bharatgas Lite Zip connection. Before applying, they should check the eligibility requirements, necessary documents and applicable charges with their local authorised Bharatgas distributor.
Availability and connection terms may vary depending on the location.
4. How to Book Bharatgas Lite Zip Through the HelloBPCL App
Consumers can check the availability of the Bharatgas Lite Zip cylinder through the official HelloBPCL mobile application.
To get started, download and open the HelloBPCL app on your smartphone. Navigate to the LPG services section and look for the Bharatgas Lite Zip option. Check whether the service is available in your area and follow the instructions displayed in the app to proceed.
If the option is unavailable or you need information about a new connection, contact your local Bharatgas distributor for assistance.
