Samsung has increased the prices of its entire Galaxy S26 series in India. The revision applies to the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra, with prices now higher across the different storage configurations.
The biggest change has been introduced for the top-end Galaxy S26 Ultra. Its 16GB RAM and 1TB storage variant has received a Rs 25,000 price increase and now crosses the Rs 2 lakh mark. The updated prices are applicable across Samsung retail outlets in India.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Gets Rs 15,000 Price Increase
The standard Galaxy S26 is now Rs 15,000 more expensive across both available storage options.
The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, which was previously priced at Rs 87,999, now costs Rs 1,02,999. Meanwhile, the 12GB RAM + 512GB variant has gone up from Rs 1,07,999 to Rs 1,22,999.
The Galaxy S26+ has received the same Rs 15,000 increase on both configurations. The 12GB + 256GB model now costs Rs 1,34,999, compared with its earlier price of Rs 1,19,999. The 12GB + 512GB version has increased from Rs 1,39,999 to Rs 1,54,999.
Galaxy S26 Ultra Sees the Biggest Price Hike
The Galaxy S26 Ultra has recorded the sharpest increase in the lineup, particularly for its highest storage configuration.
The 16GB RAM + 1TB storage model has jumped from Rs 1,89,999 to Rs 2,14,999, representing a Rs 25,000 increase.
The other two variants have also become Rs 15,000 more expensive. The 12GB + 256GB version now carries a price tag of Rs 1,54,999, while the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at Rs 1,74,999.

Why Has Samsung Increased the Prices?
Samsung has not provided an official explanation for the latest price revision at the time of writing.
Earlier reports and rumours had suggested that a price increase could take place, with September 18 being discussed as a possible date. However, no change was introduced on that date.
The latest revision comes after Samsung launched the Galaxy S26 FE at Rs 79,999. Apple has also increased the prices of its existing iPhone 17 series. Rising component costs have also been mentioned as a possible factor behind the higher smartphone prices.
For now, Samsung has not confirmed the exact reason for the Galaxy S26 series price increase. Buyers planning to purchase any model from the Galaxy S26 lineup in India will therefore have to pay more than the previous prices.
