Kolkata: Several stocks are likely to remain in focus in the stock market today, October 7, following key business updates, quarterly performance figures and bulk transactions. Titan reported strong growth across its domestic and international operations, while Arcil, Kanohar Electricals and Karamtara Engineering posted significant increases in quarterly profit.

Meanwhile, Asian Paints and Ola Electric Mobility have important board meetings lined up. Mahindra Lifespaces has announced new residential projects in Pune, while bulk deals involving Shadowfax Technologies, Satin Creditcare Network and One Mobikwik Systems could also draw investor attention.

Titan, Arcil and Other Stocks Report Strong Q2 Performance

Titan: Titan Company reported 22% growth in its domestic business during the second quarter, while its international operations expanded 97%. Its consumer business grew 25% and the watch segment recorded 30% growth. Eye Care increased 28%, while the Emerging Business segment rose 21%. The jewellery business registered 21% growth.

Titan added 77 stores in India and one international outlet during the quarter. As of September 2026, the company had a total of 3,758 stores.

Arcil: Asset Reconstruction Company India (Arcil) reported a 14.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated profit to Rs 59.1 crore in the second quarter, compared with Rs 51.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue increased 115.4% to Rs 234.7 crore from Rs 109 crore.

Kanohar Electricals: The company’s Q2 profit surged 140% to Rs 27.3 crore, compared with Rs 11.4 crore a year earlier. Revenue also more than doubled, rising 103.5% to Rs 137.1 crore.

Karamtara Engineering: Consolidated profit rose 45.3% to Rs 87.4 crore, while revenue increased 72.3% to Rs 1,580.9 crore.

Glass Wall Systems: The company reported a 7.7% decline in consolidated profit to Rs 17.3 crore during the second quarter, compared with Rs 18.7 crore in the year-ago period. Despite the fall in profit, revenue grew 35.8% to Rs 107.4 crore from Rs 79.1 crore.

Ola Electric and Asian Paints in Focus

Ola Electric Mobility: The board of Ola Electric Mobility is scheduled to meet on October 7. The meeting will consider matters related to a rights issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,000 crore.

Asian Paints: Asian Paints will consider an interim dividend for FY2027 at its board meeting. If the dividend is declared, November 4 will be the record date. The board will also review the company’s financial results for the September quarter and the first half of the financial year.

Mahindra Lifespaces Launches Pune Projects

Mahindra Lifespaces: Mahindra Lifespaces has launched residential real estate projects in key locations across Pune. The portfolio includes projects ranging from ready-to-move homes to luxury residential developments.

The developments are expected to keep the company in focus as investors track its project launches and real estate business activity.

Bulk Deals Put These Stocks on Radar

Shadowfax Technologies: TPG-backed Newquest Asia Fund IV sold 40 lakh shares of Shadowfax Technologies. The transaction represents 0.68% of the company’s paid-up equity and was valued at Rs 114.8 crore.

Satin Creditcare Network: MIT reduced its holding in Satin Creditcare Network by 1.31% after selling 14.54 lakh shares.

One Mobikwik Systems: Hara Global Capital Master Fund I purchased 4.31 lakh shares of One Mobikwik Systems. Separately, Bajaj Life Insurance lowered its stake in the company by 0.88% by selling 7 lakh shares.

These bulk transactions, along with the latest corporate developments and quarterly results, are expected to keep the mentioned stocks on investors’ radar during today’s trading session.
