Simplex Castings: The company’s board has approved a preferential issue of up to 44.91 lakh equity shares at ₹105 per share. The proposed share issue could raise approximately ₹47.15 crore, subject to the required regulatory and shareholder approvals. The board has also approved increasing the authorised share capital from ₹10 crore to ₹15 crore.
Max Estates: The real estate company is set to enter into a joint development agreement for a 9.76-acre land parcel in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The proposed project has an estimated development potential of around 1.5 million square feet and a potential gross development value of ₹2,500–3,000 crore. The transaction remains subject to due diligence, necessary approvals and execution of the JDA.
Sheetal Universal: The company received a $1.22 million export order from Dubai-based Beacon Star General Trading LLC on September 23 for the supply of peanut kernels.
Motilal Oswal Financial Services: Its wholly owned subsidiary, Motilal Oswal Custodial Services, has received approval from SEBI to operate as a custodian of securities under the SEBI Custodian Regulations.
Pyramid Technoplast: The company has received amended authorisation from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board to receive, collect, store, transport and recycle industrial packaging waste. The approval allows it to handle up to 960 metric tonnes of such waste annually.
Order Wins and Project Updates
Accord Transformer & Switchgear: The company has secured an order worth ₹20.02 crore, excluding GST, for supplying 57 wind turbine transformers for Aditya Birla Renewables’ Bhuj projects. The order covers transformers for the Bhuj-1 and Bhuj-2 wind projects.
BCPL Railway Infrastructure: The company has received a ₹6.22 crore contract from the Howrah Division of Eastern Railway for replacing old and rusted cantilever assemblies. The work is scheduled to be completed within 18 months from the issuance of the letter of acceptance.
GHCL: GHCL has been declared the preferred bidder for the Kadaya limestone block in Gujarat following an e-auction conducted by the state government. The block has estimated limestone reserves of about 5.67 lakh metric tonnes.
Indo Tech Transformers: The company has received a letter of award from Leap Green Energy Group for four transformers valued at ₹42.88 crore plus GST. The order covers transformers for solar and wind projects.
Exide Industries, PC Jeweller and Bharat Dynamics
Exide Industries: Exide Energy Solutions, a material subsidiary of Exide Industries, has commissioned Phase I of its 6 GWh lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility at Devanahalli in Bengaluru. The facility is designed to manufacture lithium-ion cells across different chemistries and form factors for mobility and energy-storage applications.
PC Jeweller: The company has continued its debt repayment programme. Its September 10 update said outstanding debt had been cleared with 11 of its 14 consortium banks, while more than 96% of the debt with the remaining three banks had also been discharged. The company said it remained on track to become debt-free during September.
Bharat Dynamics: Bharat Dynamics has signed an ₹810.79 crore contract with the Ministry of Defence for 160 Satellite Smart Anti-Airfield Weapons (SAT-SAAW) and associated equipment for the Indian Air Force. The agreement was signed on September 23, 2026, under the Buy (Indian – Indigenously Designed, Developed and Manufactured) category.
