Rise & Fall Season 2 has already found itself at the centre of controversy following a reported physical altercation between contestants Siwet Tomar and Shehzad Poonawalla. The incident took place only days after the reality show’s premiere on September 26, 2026, and reportedly resulted in Tomar’s removal from the competition.
Siwet Tomar and Shehzad Poonawalla’s Controversial Clash
Tensions between Siwet Tomar and Shehzad Poonawalla reportedly escalated during an argument inside the Rise & Fall 2 house. According to reports, the disagreement turned physical after Tomar allegedly grabbed Poonawalla by the neck and pushed him down. Shehzad’s kurta was also reportedly torn during the incident.
The confrontation is said to have started after Shehzad questioned Tomar’s association with fellow contestant Swara Bhasker. During the argument, Tomar allegedly accused Shehzad of trying to use religion to gain votes. Other reports have attributed the dispute to remarks involving religious or political issues.
Since the show’s rules do not permit physical violence, the incident reportedly led to swift action from the show’s producers, with Siwet Tomar being removed from the competition.
