Gold prices in India continued their upward trend for the second consecutive session on Saturday, September 19, 2026. The price of 24 Karat gold increased by ₹142 per gram to reach ₹15,584.
The latest rise has taken the cumulative gain in 24K gold to ₹30,000 per 100 grams over the last two sessions. The yellow metal also reached a one-week high as softer oil prices eased inflation concerns and supported the rise in gold prices.
24K, 22K and 18K Gold Prices Today
Gold prices increased across different purity levels on Saturday.
The rate of 22 Karat gold rose by ₹130 per gram to ₹14,285, while 18 Karat gold gained ₹106 to reach ₹11,688 per gram.
For 24 Karat gold, the price of 8 grams is now ₹1,24,672, while 10 grams costs ₹1,55,840. The rate for 100 grams has climbed to ₹15,58,400, representing an increase of ₹14,200 from the previous price.
For 22 Karat gold, 8 grams is priced at ₹1,14,280 and 10 grams at ₹1,42,850. The price of 100 grams stands at ₹14,28,500, up ₹13,000 from the previous rate.
Meanwhile, 18 Karat gold is available at ₹93,504 for 8 grams and ₹1,16,880 for 10 grams. The price of 100 grams has reached ₹11,68,800, reflecting a ₹10,600 increase.
Silver Rate Today in India
Silver also extended its gains for the second consecutive day. The price increased by ₹5 per gram to ₹255.
The rate for 8 grams of silver has moved up by ₹40 to ₹2,040, while 10 grams is now priced at ₹2,550, an increase of ₹50.
For 100 grams, the latest price is ₹25,500, which is ₹500 higher than the previous rate. The price of 1 kilogram has risen by ₹5,000 to ₹2,55,000 from ₹2,50,000 earlier.
Gold and Silver Outlook
Prithviraj Kothari, Managing Director of RiddiSiddhi Bullions Ltd. and President of IBJA, said gold has key support around $4,275, while resistance is seen in the $4,430–$4,500 range. According to his assessment, a break below the support level could open the way towards $4,150.
For silver, Kothari pointed to the Head and Shoulders pattern, with $62.5 emerging as an important support level. A breakdown could put $60 and $57 levels in focus, while $67 may act as a near-term resistance level.
