Gold Price Today, September 24, 2026: Gold and silver prices moved lower in domestic futures trading on Thursday. On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), October 5 gold futures were trading at ₹1,50,991 per 10 grams, down 0.20% from the previous trading day’s level of ₹1,51,360. Silver futures also declined, trading around ₹2.34 lakh per kg.
The latest movement comes after a period of fluctuations in precious-metal prices. Retail gold rates, meanwhile, remained around the ₹1.54 lakh per 10 grams level in several major Indian cities.
MCX Gold and Silver Rates Today
At the time of the reported market update, gold for October 5 delivery on MCX was quoted at ₹1,50,991 per 10 grams, marking a 0.20% decline.
Silver prices were down 0.40% at ₹2,34,949 per kilogram. Other market updates during the morning session also showed MCX gold and silver trading lower, with prices changing as trading progressed.
