Shares of FMCG company Elitecon International remained in focus after the company informed the stock exchanges that its board had approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, along with the statements of assets and liabilities and cash flows.
The stock started the session on the BSE at Rs 8.14, compared with its previous closing price of Rs 8.38. It initially declined to an intraday low of Rs 8.10, marking a fall of Rs 0.28 or 3.34 per cent.
The stock later recovered strongly and climbed to an intraday high of Rs 8.79, where it hit the 5 per cent upper circuit. At the last reported price, Elitecon International was trading at Rs 8.73, up Rs 0.35 or 4.18 per cent from the previous close. The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 1,395.49 crore.
Elitecon International FY26 Revenue and Profit
Elitecon International reported significant growth in its consolidated financial performance for FY26. The company attributed the sharp increase to its expansion into edible oil and agro-commodities, along with a full year of international operations.
According to the company’s exchange filing, consolidated revenue from operations increased 9.2 times to Rs 5,074.80 crore in FY25-26, compared with Rs 548.76 crore in FY25.
Profit after tax (PAT) also recorded substantial growth, rising 2.7 times to Rs 185.06 crore from Rs 69.65 crore in the previous financial year.
On a standalone basis, the company’s annual revenue increased 5.1 times to Rs 1,529.50 crore, compared with Rs 297.51 crore in FY25.
Acquisitions Drive Revenue Growth
The sharp rise in the company’s top line followed its acquisition of controlling stakes in two agro businesses.
Elitecon International acquired a 51.65 per cent stake in Sunbridge Agro Private Limited and a 55 per cent stake in Landsmill Agro Private Limited, with both acquisitions becoming effective on September 30, 2025.
The consolidated FY26 results include six months of operations from these two companies.

Elitecon International shares have also recorded gains over the past three trading sessions, rising 12.5 per cent during the period. The stock has outperformed its sector by 4.01 per cent.
From a technical perspective, the stock was trading above its 5-day moving average but remained below its 20-day, 50-day, 100-day and 200-day moving averages.
The company’s 52-week high stands at Rs 237, recorded on September 26, 2025. Its 52-week low is Rs 7.09, touched on September 10, 2026.
