ED Makes Serious Financial Irregularity Allegations

The investigating agency has alleged that funds belonging to banks and financial institutions were diverted through companies associated with the group.

The ED has also raised allegations concerning the misuse of insolvency proceedings to gain control over company assets for personal purposes. Additionally, the agency is examining suspected transfers of funds from India to overseas destinations.

According to the ED, 10 people have been arrested in connection with the cases so far. The agency has also filed six prosecution complaints under the PMLA and one complaint under FEMA.

Investigation Continues, Final Decision Awaited
