OnePlus has expanded its Turbo 6 smartphone series in China with the launch of the new OnePlus Turbo 6Vs on Sunday. The latest model becomes the fifth addition to the lineup, which already includes the OnePlus Turbo 6, Turbo 6V, Turbo 6X and Turbo 6X Pro.
The OnePlus Turbo 6Vs comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and a large 9,000mAh battery. It also features a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. The smartphone is available in a single RAM and storage variant, with two colour options.
OnePlus Turbo 6Vs Price and Availability
The OnePlus Turbo 6Vs is priced at CNY 3,699 for the only available configuration, which offers 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The price is approximately Rs. (Indian equivalent not specified).
The smartphone is currently available for purchase in China through the Oppo online store. Buyers can choose between two colour options: Nova White and Orange Heart, translated from Chinese.
OnePlus Turbo 6Vs Specifications and Features
The OnePlus Turbo 6Vs is a dual-SIM smartphone that runs on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. It features a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272 x 2,772 pixels. The screen supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz.
Other display features include 100 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, support for 1.07 billion colours, 450ppi pixel density and peak brightness of up to 1,800 nits. The device also comes with IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which offers a maximum clock speed of 2.7GHz. The processor consists of four efficiency cores, three performance cores and one prime core. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 810 GPU.
The device comes with 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. For security, it includes an optical fingerprint sensor integrated into the display, along with face unlock support.
OnePlus Turbo 6Vs Camera Features
For photography, the OnePlus Turbo 6Vs features a dual rear camera system. Its primary camera is a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, optical image stabilisation (OIS) and up to 10x digital zoom. The secondary camera is a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
On the front, the smartphone is equipped with a 16-megapixel camera featuring an f/2.4 aperture for selfies and video calls. It also supports video recording at resolutions of up to 4K at 30 frames per second.
OnePlus Turbo 6Vs Battery and Connectivity
The OnePlus Turbo 6Vs packs a 9,000mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging. The large battery capacity is one of the key hardware features of the newly launched smartphone.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth and a USB Type-C port. The device also supports multiple navigation systems, including GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, QZSS and Galileo.
Its onboard sensors include a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, e-compass, accelerometer and gyroscope. An infrared (IR) blaster is also included.
In terms of dimensions, the OnePlus Turbo 6Vs measures 162.46 x 77.45 x 8.5mm and weighs approximately 215g.
