New Delhi: Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 continued its impressive box office performance on Day 6, taking its worldwide gross collection beyond ₹500 crore within six days of release. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the action drama has earned ₹337 crore gross and ₹287.80 crore net in India, according to the reported figures.
The film collected ₹45.55 crore domestically on Tuesday, marking a 7.6% increase over Monday’s ₹42.35 crore, according to Sacnilk. The Dussehra holiday helped sustain its theatrical run following a strong opening weekend.
Overseas markets have also contributed significantly, with international earnings reaching ₹204 crore by Day 6. This takes the film’s reported worldwide gross to ₹541 crore.

The Tamil version of the Rajinikanth and Vidya Balan starrer accounted for the largest share of Tuesday’s earnings. It collected ₹31.20 crore across 7,828 shows. The Telugu-dubbed version earned ₹8.75 crore from 2,293 shows, while the Hindi version contributed ₹5 crore through 5,230 shows.
The film’s domestic collections have remained strong since its opening. It earned ₹59.70 crore on the first day, followed by ₹37.10 crore on Friday. Collections rose to ₹47.25 crore on Saturday and ₹55.85 crore on Sunday.
With Tuesday’s earnings added, Jailer 2‘s domestic net collection reached ₹287.80 crore, while its worldwide gross stood at ₹541 crore.
Jailer 2 Matches Leo’s Overseas Lifetime Collection
The film’s overseas gross has reached ₹204 crore, matching the reported lifetime overseas collection of Vijay’s 2023 action thriller Leo.
Jailer 2 has also recorded business in North America. According to Venky Box Office, the film collected USD 252,000 across 307 locations as of 7 pm PST on Tuesday.
During the same period, Ranabaali earned USD 54,000 from 241 locations, while Drishyam: The Conclusion collected USD 52,000 across 123 locations.
