Jeep has announced the price of its Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Limited Edition in India at ₹73.55 lakh (ex-showroom). Introduced last month, this special edition costs ₹1.25 lakh more than the standard Wrangler Rubicon on which it is based.

Jeep had allocated only 25 units of the limited-edition SUV for India, and all have already been sold. Globally, the company produced 250 units of the Wrangler Whitecap Edition. The special model features a distinctive Mojito Green exterior, contrasting white styling elements and a few additional features. Its engine, drivetrain and off-road hardware remain unchanged from the standard Rubicon.

Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Edition: Exterior and Interior Changes

The limited-edition Wrangler stands out with its bright Mojito Green paintwork and contrasting white roof. The front grille also features a white surround, giving the SUV a distinctive appearance.

Other exterior details include body-coloured fenders, special ‘1941’ decals referencing the year the original Willys MB military Jeep was introduced, and a white ‘4 Wheel Drive’ decal on the tailgate.

These design elements add a retro-inspired touch while preserving the Wrangler’s familiar boxy shape, upright windscreen and rugged styling. Apart from these cosmetic updates, the exterior remains largely similar to the Rubicon.

Inside the cabin, Jeep has added an integrated dashboard camera and reinforced grab handles. The remaining equipment is carried over from the standard Rubicon.

Features include a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument display and electrically adjustable front seats with 12-way adjustment. The SUV also gets dual-zone automatic climate control, a nine-speaker Alpine sound system with a subwoofer and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).

Safety equipment includes six airbags and the other safety features available in the standard Rubicon.

Engine, Gearbox and Performance

The Jeep Wrangler Whitecap Mojito Limited Edition uses the same 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, direct-injection turbo-petrol engine as the Rubicon. It produces 272hp and 400Nm of torque and is paired with an eight-speed automatic gearbox.

Power is delivered to all four wheels through Jeep’s four-wheel-drive system. There are no changes to the engine, transmission or drivetrain in this special edition.

Off-Road Equipment Remains Unchanged

Since the Whitecap Mojito is based on the Wrangler Rubicon, it retains the variant’s off-road equipment. This includes heavy-duty Dana axles, reinforced suspension components and protective rock rails designed for challenging terrain.

The SUV also features an integrated off-road camera to help drivers monitor obstacles when navigating difficult sections. Its equipment includes 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with 255-section off-road tyres and high-clearance front fender flares.

These components preserve the Rubicon’s off-road capabilities, making the Whitecap Mojito primarily a styling-focused special edition rather than a mechanical upgrade.
