New Delhi: The Indian primary market is set for another busy week, with several IPOs scheduled to close or make their debut on the NSE and BSE. Nityas Gems & Jewellery and Vishal Nirmiti will close their public issues on October 5, while SRIT India and Shah Investors Home are scheduled to list on October 6.
Investors will also track the listings of Orient Cables and Runwal Enterprises, which are expected on October 5. Here is a look at the key IPO-related developments lined up for the coming week.
Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO
The Nityas Gems & Jewellery IPO will remain open for subscription until October 5. The ₹108.35-crore issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 1.45 crore shares.
The public issue opened on September 30, with the price band set at ₹70–₹75 per share. The lot size is 200 shares. Share allotment is expected on October 6, followed by a likely NSE and BSE listing on October 8.
As of October 1, the issue had received 0.69 times subscription. The latest GMP on October 4 stood at ₹3, suggesting an estimated listing price of ₹78 and a potential premium of about 4%.
SRIT India and Shah Investors Home
The ₹218.40-crore SRIT India IPO received a strong response before its subscription period ended on September 30. The issue was subscribed 125.16 times overall.
The IPO consisted entirely of a fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares, with the final issue price set at ₹130 per share. The retail portion was subscribed 63.70 times, while the QIB and NII categories recorded subscriptions of 91.84 times and 312.99 times, respectively.
The share allotment was completed on October 1, and the company is scheduled to make its NSE and BSE debut on October 6.
Meanwhile, Shah Investors Home raised ₹90.17 crore through a fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares. The IPO closed on September 30, with allotment completed on October 1. The issue price was fixed at ₹167 per share and the lot size was 85 shares, requiring a minimum retail investment of ₹14,195.
The shares are expected to list on both the NSE and BSE on October 6.
Vishal Nirmiti IPO
The ₹178-crore Vishal Nirmiti IPO will close on October 5 after opening for subscription on September 30.
The book-built issue includes a fresh issue of 65.91 lakh shares worth ₹145 crore and an offer for sale of 15 lakh shares valued at ₹33 crore. The company has set the price band at ₹208–₹220 per share, with a lot size of 68 shares.
At the upper end of the price band, retail investors will need a minimum investment of ₹14,960. As of October 1, the issue had been subscribed 0.60 times.
Orient Cables and Runwal Enterprises Listing
The Orient Cables IPO, valued at ₹552 crore, comprised a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹232 crore. The issue closed on September 29, while allotment was completed on September 30.
The final issue price was ₹272 per share, with a lot size of 55 shares. Retail investors were required to invest at least ₹14,960. The shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on October 5.
Runwal Enterprises raised ₹500 crore through a fresh issue of 1.64 crore shares. Its IPO also closed on September 29, with allotment finalised on September 30.
The company fixed the issue price at ₹305 per share and the lot size at 49 shares, putting the minimum retail investment at ₹14,945. In addition, 1,20,274 shares were reserved for eligible employees, who received a discount of ₹14 per share on the issue price.
The shares are expected to debut on the NSE and BSE on October 5.
