Petrol and diesel prices are updated every morning at 6 AM by oil marketing companies across India. These daily fuel rates have a direct impact on household budgets as well as the operating costs of businesses and transport services.
On the latest update, Nayara Energy has increased petrol prices by ₹5 per litre and diesel prices by ₹3 per litre at its outlets. In Bhopal, petrol at Nayara pumps now costs ₹119.54 per litre, while diesel is priced at ₹102.64 per litre. At Indian Oil outlets in the city, petrol is available for ₹114.65 per litre and diesel for ₹99.74 per litre.
State-owned oil companies have not made any fresh increase in their petrol and diesel prices.
Petrol Prices in Major Cities
At Indian Oil outlets in Delhi, petrol remains unchanged at ₹102.12 per litre, while diesel costs ₹95.20 per litre. Premium petrol is priced at ₹109.24 per litre for XP95, ₹167.35 for XP100 and ₹100.52 for XG.

- Mumbai: ₹97.83 per litre
- Kolkata: ₹99.82 per litre
- Chennai: ₹99.55 per litre
- Noida: ₹95.55 per litre
- Jaipur: ₹98.55 per litre
Nayara Energy Fuel Price Hike
Nayara Energy has raised its petrol rate by ₹5 per litre and diesel rate by ₹3 per litre. Following the increase, petrol at its Bhopal outlets costs ₹119.54 per litre, while diesel is priced at ₹102.64 per litre.
In comparison, Indian Oil outlets in Bhopal are selling petrol at around ₹114.65 per litre and diesel at ₹99.74 per litre. The difference indicates that state-owned oil marketing companies have not followed Nayara’s latest increase.
The last major increase by state-owned oil companies came in May, when petrol and diesel prices were raised by approximately ₹7.50 per litre each.
