Online Banking and UPI Services Will Continue

Although physical bank branches will remain closed on the applicable holidays, customers will still be able to access most digital banking facilities. Internet banking, mobile banking and UPI services will continue to allow customers to make digital payments and carry out other online transactions.

ATM services, including cash withdrawals, will also remain available. However, customers should keep in mind that branch-dependent services such as cheque clearance may be affected during bank holidays.

Customers who need to visit a branch for important work should therefore check the holiday applicable to their particular state or banking centre and plan their visit accordingly.
