Oppo has expanded its A-series lineup with the launch of the new Oppo A7 Pro Max 5G. The smartphone comes with a large 10,000mAh battery, 80W fast charging and a 50MP selfie camera. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset and is offered in two colour options.
The Oppo A7 Pro Max has currently been launched in Austria at a starting price of EUR 599, which is approximately ₹61,000. The phone is available with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Oppo has introduced the device in Lunar Black and Surfing Blue colour options. At present, there is no confirmed information about its launch date in India.
Oppo A7 Pro Max 5G Specifications
The smartphone features a 6.78-inch 1.5K flexible AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272 × 2,772 pixels. The screen offers a peak brightness of up to 800 nits, while its High Brightness Mode (HBM) can reach up to 1,800 nits.
For performance, the Oppo A7 Pro Max is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor paired with an Adreno 629 GPU. The device comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
One of the major highlights of the phone is its 10,000mAh battery. Oppo has paired the high-capacity battery with support for 80W fast charging.
Oppo A7 Pro Max Camera Features
For photography, the Oppo A7 Pro Max 5G has a 50MP primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and 2-axis optical image stabilisation (OIS). The main camera is accompanied by a 2MP monochrome sensor.
On the front, the smartphone gets a 50MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The high-resolution front camera is one of the key camera features of the new Oppo A-series device.
Connectivity and Other Features
The Oppo A7 Pro Max supports several connectivity options, including Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1 and NFC. The smartphone also supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS for positioning. A USB Type-C port is provided for wired connectivity and charging.
For security, the device features an under-display fingerprint sensor. It also supports facial recognition for unlocking and authentication.
