A viral screenshot claiming that actress Tamannaah Bhatia and influencer Sahiba Bali exchanged sharp remarks over a Navratri-related social media post has sparked discussions online. The alleged exchange, which circulated on platforms such as Reddit and Instagram, appeared to show the two disagreeing over comments about religion and the treatment of women. However, Bali has denied the claims, describing the viral narrative as fabricated.

What Did the Viral Screenshot Claim?

The screenshot circulating online featured an alleged statement from Sahiba Bali linking the Navratri festival to what she described as brutality against innocent women.

The purported post read, “Who you support doesn’t matter if you agree with brutality towards innocent women. Please have some shame. Happy Navratri.”

The image then showed an alleged reply from Tamannaah Bhatia, who supposedly questioned the statement by drawing a comparison between religious celebrations and terrorism.

Bhatia’s purported response read, “Brutality has a religion now but terrorism doesn’t? Should we start talking about Osama before your festivals too?”

The screenshot quickly attracted attention, triggering discussions about religion, social issues and celebrity opinions. Reports linked Bali’s alleged original post to the treatment of women protesters during demonstrations against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on October 2.

However, the authenticity of the exchange became a point of concern as the screenshot spread across social media.

Sahiba Bali Denies the Viral Claims

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, Sahiba Bali addressed the controversy through her Instagram Stories, firmly rejecting the claims surrounding the alleged exchange.

In her statement, Bali said the narrative had been fabricated and that neither the statement attributed to her nor the response allegedly made by Bhatia was genuine.

“Wow, woke up to a fabricated and fully FALSE narrative built around me saying something (which I never have) and a fellow female talent apparently opposing me (which she never did),” she wrote.

Bali also suggested that the screenshot could have been generated using artificial intelligence or edited to misrepresent the situation.

“We both know none of this is true, and it’s either AI or edited. Brother, it’s too crazy how people will spend so much time to use your face as clickbait? Anyway, don’t believe everything you see (sic),” she added.

Her statement directly challenges the claims made in the viral screenshot and denies that the alleged disagreement took place.

Fact Check: Is the Tamannaah Bhatia-Sahiba Bali Exchange Real?

Based on Sahiba Bali’s public denial, the alleged social media exchange should not be treated as authentic. The screenshot circulating online claims to show comments from both women, but Bali has explicitly denied making the statement attributed to her and said that Bhatia never opposed her in the manner depicted.

The available information does not independently establish who created or circulated the screenshot. Therefore, claims about its exact origin remain unverified.

The incident highlights the importance of checking the authenticity of viral social media posts before sharing them. Screenshots can be edited, and AI-generated material can be used to create misleading impressions about public figures.

For now, the alleged online spat between Tamannaah Bhatia and Sahiba Bali remains unsupported by the evidence presented in the viral screenshot, with Bali publicly rejecting the narrative.
