MTV’s popular adventure reality show Roadies is returning with its 21st season, titled Roadies: Rebirth. The upcoming edition will introduce a new competition format, a mix of familiar and new gang leaders, and the return of Rannvijay Singha as host.
The new season is scheduled to premiere on October 16, 2026. Episodes will air every Friday and Saturday at 7 PM. Along with its television broadcast on MTV, the show will also stream simultaneously on JioHotstar and Netflix.
Who Are the Gang Leaders on ‘Roadies: Rebirth’?
Season 21 will feature six gang leaders divided into two groups — ‘OGs’ and ‘NewGs’. The format brings together established names associated with the Roadies franchise and a younger set of popular personalities.
The OG group includes Nikhil Chinapa, Neha Dhupia and Prince Narula. The NewG team features Abhishek Malhan, popularly known as Fukra Insaan, along with Bani J and former Roadie Baseer Ali.
With experienced Roadies personalities on one side and newer faces on the other, the season will introduce a different dynamic to the competition.
Rannvijay Singha Returns as Host
Rannvijay Singha is set to return as the host of Roadies: Rebirth. Having been closely associated with the franchise since its early years, his comeback adds a familiar face to the upcoming season.
As host, Rannvijay will oversee the contestants as they take on demanding tasks and adventure-based challenges throughout the competition.
‘Roadies: Rebirth’ Format: OGs vs NewGs
The biggest change in Season 21 is the introduction of the ‘OGs vs NewGs’ format. Unlike earlier seasons, where six gang leaders managed separate teams, the leaders will now be divided into two larger groups.
The OGs and NewGs will compete against each other by combining their contestants, strategies and leadership. The new setup will bring the six gang leaders into a two-sided competition while contestants take on physical and adventure-oriented challenges.
