Yash Explains the Global Vision Behind Ramayana
Yash said Bengaluru was a meaningful place to begin the promotions, acknowledging the city’s contribution to nurturing talent and encouraging people to pursue their ambitions.
He explained that Ramayana was envisioned as an opportunity for the Indian film industry to come together and present the country’s cultural heritage to audiences around the world. As both an actor and a producer on the project, Yash emphasised the importance of its international ambitions.
He also credited his production partner, Namit Malhotra, for leading the film’s international business efforts. Addressing the widely discussed figure of ₹4,000 crore, Yash clarified that the amount referred to the combined costs of the two-part film and its promotional campaign.
