Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming action thriller King is reportedly set to feature a spectacular ensemble song inspired by the popular track “Deewangi Deewangi” from Om Shanti Om. The sequence is expected to bring together several well-known Bollywood actors, including Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arshad Warsi, alongside Shah Rukh Khan.

‘King’ to Feature a Star-Studded Introductory Song
According to reports, preparations for the grand musical sequence began on October 26, with filming starting in Mumbai on October 27, 2026. Acclaimed choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant is reportedly overseeing the song, which is being planned on an elaborate scale.
A report by Variety India states that Shah Rukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arshad Warsi are filming their portions for the sequence. Much like “Deewangi Deewangi” from Om Shanti Om, the song is expected to feature appearances by numerous actors, bringing together several familiar faces in one celebratory number.
The film is also reported to include another special track titled “Daddy Cool”, featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan. This song was scheduled to be filmed over five days in South Africa earlier in October 2026. Meanwhile, a separate song featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone has already been shot outside India.

The music department features Anirudh Ravichander, who is composing the score, while Sachin–Jigar and Anirudh Ravichander are responsible for the songs.
As of October 2026, the film’s final shooting schedule was underway in Mumbai. The schedule reportedly included action sequences and an additional song featuring Suhana Khan.
