Under the PM Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY), eligible first-time employees can receive financial assistance of up to ₹15,000 in two installments. However, receiving the second installment requires beneficiaries to meet the prescribed eligibility conditions, including completing the Financial Literacy Course (FLC).
Employees who have completed 12 months of employment and received their first installment can complete the required course by following the steps outlined below.
When Will You Receive the PM-VBRY Installments?
As per the scheme guidelines described, the first installment is transferred directly to an eligible employee’s bank account after six months of continuous service.
The second installment is linked to the completion of 12 months of service and successful completion of the required Financial Literacy Course assessment. Employees must fulfil the applicable conditions to qualify for the remaining amount.

How to Complete the FLC Course on the EPFO Portal
Eligible employees can follow these steps to access and complete the Financial Literacy Course:
- Visit the EPFO portal and select the login option available for eligible employees.
- Enter your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password.
- Verify your identity by entering the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
- After logging in, look for the ‘PM-VBRY’ or ‘Learning’ section on the dashboard.
