Actress and stage 4 cancer survivor Rozlyn Khan has spoken about the emotional strain she says she is experiencing amid her ongoing legal battle. In a series of social media posts, Khan alleged that the proceedings and the financial burden linked to the case have added to the pressure she is already facing during her cancer treatment.

In an emotional Instagram Story, Khan made allegations regarding the legal proceedings and the ₹5 lakh cost imposed by the Supreme Court. She claimed that she has been dealing with significant stress while simultaneously undergoing cancer treatment.

“If anything happens to me, the Supreme Court will be responsible. They have been torturing me for ₹5 lakh. Fine, I have been taking my treatment, but there is absolutely no empathy. I am fighting cancer and simultaneously fighting a legal battle. Instead of understanding what I am going through, I feel I am being continuously pressured,” she alleged.

Khan also claimed that individuals connected to the proceedings had visited Kokilaben Hospital and allegedly questioned her over the payment. She further alleged that some people had gone as far as doubting her illness.

“They have gone to an extent where they feel I am faking my cancer. Can you imagine what a cancer patient goes through when, instead of empathy, she feels that her illness itself is being questioned?” she wrote.

Actress Makes Distressing Statement

Khan also expressed severe emotional distress and made statements about suicide, saying she wanted her concerns to be known publicly.

“I am saying this openly because I don’t want anybody to later say that nobody knew what I was going through. If I commit suicide or if something happens to me, I will hold Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta responsible. I am already battling for my life, and I don’t understand why I should have to fight this kind of pressure at the same time,” she stated.

In another Instagram post, Khan questioned whether the pressure she described was pushing her toward suicide and alleged that the mental stress had affected her health and life. She also called for accountability if anything happened to her.

Supreme Court Orders ₹5 Lakh Payment

The Supreme Court recently directed Rozlyn Khan and Siddiquee to pay ₹5 lakh each. The amount is to be deposited with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee.

According to court reports, the legal dispute has continued for more than 11 years. Khan has made several allegations regarding the case and has linked the ongoing legal proceedings and financial burden to the mental stress she says she is experiencing while undergoing cancer treatment.
