Yami Gautam’s Meerut Bride Look
The trailer introduces Mohini as a newlywed entering the Awasthi household. While her in-laws warmly welcome her, unusual incidents soon begin to create suspicion among some members of the family. Before long, rumours start circulating that the new bride could actually be a ‘Daayan’.
Yami’s bridal styling stands out throughout the trailer. She is seen wearing a traditional red saree, complete with alta on her feet, red bangles and statement jewellery. The overall styling gives her the classic appearance of a newlywed Meerut bride.
Her wardrobe also includes vibrant yellow suits and traditional ethnic outfits featuring detailed prints and colourful borders. Glass bangles and simple gold jewellery complete several of her looks, giving her character a distinctly traditional newlywed appearance.
The contrast between her charming bridal avatar and the mysterious ‘Daayan’ angle adds another layer to her character in the film.
