Oppo has expanded its Reno smartphone lineup with the launch of the new Oppo Reno 16T in the mid-range segment. The latest model comes with a high-resolution 200MP primary camera, up to 16GB of RAM and a large 6,700mAh battery.
The smartphone also features a 50MP front camera and supports 80W wired fast charging. The Oppo Reno 16 and Oppo Reno 16C were recently introduced in India, while the Reno 16T is currently listed for sale in China. Here is a look at its price, specifications and key features.
Oppo Reno 16T Price and Variants
Oppo has introduced the Reno 16T in two configurations. The base model comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the higher-end version offers 16GB of RAM with 512GB of storage.
The prices are as follows:
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage: CNY 3,600 (approximately ₹53,000)
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage: CNY 4,499 (approximately ₹64,000)
The phone is offered in three colour options: Galaxy Purple, Heartbeat, and The Moonlit Night is Dark. At present, the Oppo Reno 16T is available through Oppo’s official website in China. The company has not yet provided information about its availability or launch in India.
Oppo Reno 16T Display and Durability
The Oppo Reno 16T features a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The higher refresh rate is designed to provide smoother scrolling and animations.
For protection against water and dust, the smartphone carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings.
Oppo Reno 16T Camera Setup
Photography is one of the major highlights of the Oppo Reno 16T. The smartphone comes with a triple rear camera setup led by a 200MP primary sensor.
The main camera is paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto camera. The setup supports up to 120x digital zoom and 3.5x optical zoom. For selfies and video calls, the phone features a 50MP front-facing camera.

The Oppo Reno 16T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 Super chipset and comes with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
On the software side, the smartphone runs ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. Powering the device is a 6,700mAh battery, which supports 80W wired fast charging.
