Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia appeared on Bigg Boss 20 Weekend Ka Vaar to promote their upcoming film The Vvaan: Force of the Forest. During the episode, host Salman Khan spoke to Sidharth about his married life with Kiara Advani and his experience as a father.
When Salman asked, “How’s married life and how’s fatherhood?”, Sidharth responded positively, saying, “Very good. Very good.”
The conversation soon turned playful when Salman recalled how he had repeatedly advised Sidharth to get married. Referring to Sidharth’s earlier reaction, Salman joked that he had once become a “sharmili dulhan” after being encouraged to tie the knot.
Sidharth explained that he and Kiara had deliberately kept their relationship private until they felt the time was right. “Hamara raaz humne raaz rakha tha bhai. Woh raaz humne sahi time pe khola,” he said. Salman then continued the banter by joking, “Woh raaz abhi bachche mein hai.”
Sidharth Malhotra Calls Fatherhood His Best Role
Sidharth and Kiara welcomed their daughter, Saraayah Malhotra, in July 2025 and announced her name a few months later.
Talking about fatherhood, Sidharth described it as the best role he could have. He also spoke warmly about his daughter, mentioning that she was around 15 months old and was learning to say new things.
Sidharth said becoming a father was the “best feeling in the world” and expressed hope that the feeling would continue. Salman then added to the light-hearted exchange by saying, “Hopefully you will have another one soon!”
The remark was made in a joking conversation and sparked attention around the possibility of the couple having another child.
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani’s Relationship
Sidharth and Kiara reportedly became closer while working together on Shershaah. The two largely kept their relationship away from the public spotlight before getting married.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer on February 7, 2023.
Sidharth Turns the Question Towards Salman Khan
The conversation eventually shifted from Sidharth’s personal life to Salman Khan. After discussing marriage and fatherhood, Sidharth asked Salman about his own thoughts on marriage and children.
Salman replied that he had very positive thoughts about marriage and children but added that he did not want to share them.
