Bigg Boss 20 contestant Isha Rikhi has opened up about her past relationship and described experiencing both emotional and physical cheating. Although the actress did not mention rapper Badshah by name, her comments have led to speculation among fans about their relationship and the circumstances surrounding their separation.
During a conversation with Kanika on the reality show, Isha spoke about how she approaches trust in relationships and what she experienced when one of her relationships ended.
What Did Isha Rikhi Say About Her Relationship?
Isha explained that she generally does not believe what others tell her about a partner without seeing evidence herself. She said she follows the same approach in relationships and prefers proof before accepting claims about someone.
However, she said that after one relationship ended, she discovered that things had not been as she believed.
She also described feeling emotionally stuck in a situation where she considered someone her best friend and treated them accordingly, only to later realise that the relationship was not what she had thought it was.
According to Isha, the experience became toxic because she felt she had been given one version of the relationship while the reality was different. She said she had included the person within her private circle and presented them as a close friend, only to discover that she had not occupied the same position in their life.
Isha further described a situation in which someone wanted to remain close to her while also wanting the freedom to maintain other relationships. She said she eventually realised that the picture presented to her did not match reality.
What Do We Know About Badshah and Isha Rikhi?
Badshah and Isha Rikhi had kept details of their reported marriage largely private. Photos from the occasion were shared by Isha’s mother on Instagram, after which Isha also confirmed the marriage through her Instagram story.
The couple later announced their separation through a joint statement. They said they had mutually decided to part ways and move forward separately, while asking people to respect their privacy.
They also stated that the joint message would be their only statement about the matter and requested that people avoid further speculation or assumptions about their relationship.
Isha has not named Badshah while discussing the cheating she experienced, and there has been no confirmation from either of them linking her recent comments to their marriage.
Badshah’s First Marriage and Daughter
Before his relationship with Isha Rikhi, Badshah was married to Jasmine Masih. The couple also has a daughter who lives in London.
During a 2024 podcast conversation with Prakhar Gupta, Badshah spoke about his relationship with his daughter and said that he does not get to meet her frequently because she lives in London.
He explained that both he and Jasmine had made their best efforts but eventually decided to separate because they believed the situation was not healthy for their child.
Badshah has generally kept details of his personal life away from public attention. He was also linked through rumours to Pakistani actress Hania Aamir after the two were spotted together in London on several occasions. However, Badshah did not publicly comment on those reports.
