With the release of Ramayana approaching, the film’s makers organised a grand screening in Mumbai, bringing together several members of the film industry. Among those attending was Alia Bhatt, who arrived to show her support for the film and Ranbir Kapoor. The actress grabbed attention with her elegant blue-green saree paired with a statement embroidered blouse.

Alia Bhatt’s Saree Look at the Ramayana Screening

Alia Bhatt chose the Gumal linen saree from Anavila for the special occasion. Priced at Rs 14,500, the saree is made from classic chambray linen in a beautiful blue-green shade. It features detailed selvedge work combining zari with a contrasting blue border, giving the traditional drape a refined appearance.

However, the highlight of her outfit was undoubtedly the blouse. She paired the saree with a heavily embroidered raw silver blouse by Rimple and Harpreet. Designed by Rah Jewels, the blouse featured a halter neckline and a striking backless design, adding a contemporary touch to her traditional ensemble.

Sharing details of the actress’s outfit, her stylist Rhea Kapoor wrote, “Alia Bhatt wears a raw silver blouse by Rimple and Harpreet, designed by Rah Jewels, with a pure linen saree by the exquisite Anavila for the Ramayana Screening.”

Jewellery, Hairstyle and Makeup Details

Alia completed her festive look with a pair of artisanal earrings from the personal collection of Rhea Kapoor’s mother, Sunita Kapoor.

For her hairstyle, the actress kept her hair open in soft waves with a centre parting. Her makeup featured glittery pink eyeshadow, kohl-defined eyes, glossy lips and a hint of pink blush on her cheeks. The overall styling complemented the blue-green saree and silver blouse beautifully.

Alia Bhatt has also been attracting attention with her recent fashion choices at public events. One of her standout appearances featured a gold Banarasi jacket from Mayyur Girotra Couture.

The jacket came with a mandarin collar, a deep V-neckline and dark blue stone buttons arranged along the front. It also featured a slit at the bottom. The brocade fabric carried a subtle floral pattern woven in the same gold shade, becoming more visible when it caught the light. Meanwhile, the cuffs featured elaborate zari and sequin embroidery, adding a detailed finish to the outfit.
