Vivo has introduced the Y600s Pro in China, expanding its Y600 smartphone lineup following the recent launches of the Y600i and Y600k Turbo. The new handset shares several major hardware features with the Vivo Y600 Pro, which arrived earlier this year, including its processor, display, battery and camera configuration.
The Vivo Y600s Pro comes with a large 10,200mAh battery, a 120Hz AMOLED display and support for 90W wired charging. Its specifications closely resemble those of the Y600 Pro, with only a few apparent differences between the two devices.
Vivo Y600s Pro Price and Availability
The Vivo Y600s Pro is available in China in two storage configurations. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 39,000), while the 8GB RAM and 512GB storage model costs CNY 2,999 (approximately Rs. 43,300).
The smartphone comes in four colour options: Moonlight Black, Floating Gold, Starry Purple and Vast Blue, translated from Chinese.
Vivo Y600s Pro Specifications and Display
The Vivo Y600s Pro runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and supports dual nano-SIM cards along with 5G connectivity. It features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution of 2,800 × 1,260 pixels. The screen supports a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, HDR and the P3 wide colour gamut.
Powering the device is a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor. It is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The phone also supports an additional 8GB of virtual RAM through Vivo’s Memory Fusion feature.
Camera Features and Connectivity
For photography, the Vivo Y600s Pro features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel camera with an f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video calls.
Both cameras support electronic image stabilisation (EIS) and video recording at resolutions of up to 1080p.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS and NFC. The handset also comes with a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, an infrared remote control and face recognition. For biometric security, it features an in-display optical fingerprint sensor.
Vivo Y600s Pro Battery and Design
One of the main highlights of the Vivo Y600s Pro is its 10,200mAh battery, which supports 90W wired charging and reverse charging. According to the specifications, the battery has a rated capacity of 10,000mAh.
In terms of dimensions, the Moonlight Black and Starry Purple variants measure 163.90 × 76.50 × 8.15mm and weigh 221g. The Floating Gold version is slightly thicker at 8.25mm and weighs 223g.
With its high-capacity battery, fast-charging support, AMOLED screen and MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor, the Vivo Y600s Pro brings together several of the key hardware features found in the Y600 series.
