Vivo is set to introduce the Vivo V80 in India on October 6, with the upcoming smartphone expected to bring a high-performance hardware setup, a large battery and a feature-rich camera system. Ahead of the official launch, leaks have revealed details about its expected pricing and specifications.
While Vivo has yet to confirm the complete details, information circulating through industry sources and tipsters has provided an early look at what the smartphone could offer.
Vivo V80 Expected Price in India
According to leaked information, the Vivo V80 is expected to arrive in three storage configurations, with all variants reportedly featuring 8GB of RAM.
The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model is tipped to cost INR 63,000. The 8GB RAM and 256GB version is expected to be priced at INR 70,000, while the highest 8GB RAM and 512GB storage variant could carry a price tag of INR 80,000.
These prices are based on leaks and social media posts from tipsters and should not be considered official until Vivo announces the pricing at the launch.
Vivo V80 Display and Performance
The Vivo V80 is expected to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS OLED flat display. The panel is tipped to support a 144Hz refresh rate, which should provide smoother scrolling and animations.
For performance, the smartphone is reportedly set to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It is also expected to come with UFS 4.1 storage, aimed at delivering faster data access and responsive everyday performance.
Vivo V80 Camera and Battery Details
The smartphone is tipped to feature a triple-camera setup on the rear. This could include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x zoom.
For selfies and video calls, the Vivo V80 is expected to carry a 50-megapixel front camera.
A 7,200mAh battery is reportedly set to power the device, with support for 90W fast charging. The official launch on October 6 is expected to confirm the final specifications, configurations and pricing.
